Last week we rolled out what is perhaps my favorite sweet stout (Rogue Chocolate Stout) and paired it with Mother BeerBuzz’s brown sugar drop cookies—without a doubt my favorite cookies. Everyone in the studio loved the beer and the beer/food combination, so we’ll definitely try this out again….and you should too. Experiment with your favorite beer/food pairings and maybe we’ll try one of yours on the air.
So what will we be tasting this week?
Hint: This week we’ll feature a beer that I used to have to race all the way to the west coast to sample.
