Last week we welcomed a brewmaster with local roots on to the show. Phil Leinhart, Brewmaster of Brewery Ommegang and former Assistant Brewmaster @ Lion Brewery cam on the show to help us sample Ommegang Hennepin. It was only fitting to have Phil help us sample our very first Saison-style farmhouse ale on the Friday BeerBuzz, and Hennepin was a perfect choice. Be sure to try this beer for yourself. It’s a great tasting, easy-drinking golden-colored ale that I know you’ll enjoy.
