As much as I hate to see the summer end, last week we began the celebration of fall beers on the WILK Friday BeerBuzz. I wasn’t quite ready to jump into Oktoberfest beers so I decided to choose something else. Brewery Ommegang Scythe & Sickle is a perfect example of a great fall beer, and the fact that this beer celebrates the harvest of everything BUT hops, makes it a really interesting beer to sample. Get out and try it for yourself.
So what will we be sampling this week? Hint: This week will be one of the most confusing descriptions of a pumpkin beer you may ever hear.
